Product & VAT
We make every effort to describe every product for sale on this website in as much detail as possible.
All prices quoted include V.A.T. (at the current rate of 20%).
Delivery
Free 2nd class delivery for all items. Delivery aim 2-4 working days.
Price for 1st class delivery for all items is charged at £1.50. Delivery aim 1 working day.
Price for express delivery via DPD for all items is charged at £6.50. Delivery next working day, not guaranteed. Email and Text message notifications from DPD if email and mobile number are provided at checkout.
We deliver to mainland UK only.
Dispatch
We normally ship on the day your order is placed, provided it is received before 2pm, Monday through to Friday.
Payment
wormerdirect.com are fully PCI DSS compliant.
Payments are taken safely and securely via Stripe & Apple Pay.
All prices shown are in GBP.
Discrepancies/Damages/Returns
Damages and discrepancies must be notified to the office within 24 hours of receipt. Once delivery has been made, please open to ensure that there are no damage to products and no discrepancies. If you are not completely satisfied with the products which you receive, they may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price (not including any carriage charges). The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging and unopened.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
Complaints
Any complaints received will be answered within 5 working days.

Payment methods accepted are: Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Electron, UK Maestro, Solo and Debit Cards.

By purchasing wormerdirect.com Flubendazole 1% Premix Wormer (Chicken, Goose, Turkey) products and accepting our terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are a domestic keeper of poultry i.e. a person who keeps poultry on domestic premises, for feeding on those premises, non-food producing birds or kept purely for private domestic consumption.
Birds must not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment. Treated birds may be slaughtered for human consumption only after 7 days from the last treatment. There is no withholding period for chickens producing eggs for human consumption when the product is used at the recommended inclusion rate.
